Processing and Shipping

What are your processing times?
All items are handmade to order in Canada. Processing time is within 7 business days for most orders, but custom orders or large bridal party requests may take longer.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Canada: 2-8 business days*
USA: 5-13 business days*

*Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as delays may occur during shipping. Upgrades are available at checkout and limited rush orders are available.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped with the fastest delivery method available (via Canada Post or USPS). Please send us a message before purchase to ensure we can accommodate.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Customizations cannot be changed once work has begun, so double-check details before ordering.

Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made before the item is shipped. Once the package is with the courier, the address cannot be updated. Please verify your address before placing your order.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Delays can occur due to weather or postal issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, message us, and we’ll work on a solution.

What materials are used in your accessories?

We use high-quality materials including:
• Silver and gold-plated jewelry wire
• Glass pearls and crystals
• 14k gold-plated brass, white gold-plated brass, or stainless steel (for earrings)
• Hypoallergenic and good for sensitive ears.
• Everything is handmade with care to ensure durability and elegance for your special day.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Each item is a made to order. Due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not permitted for hygienic reasons.

Please read the full item description which includes measurements and view all photos prior to ordering. If you have any questions regarding the items, please contact me.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible as we begin working promptly.

Sizing & Adjustments

How do I measure for a hair vine or belt?
For hair vines, use a string to measure where you’d like the piece to sit in your hairstyle, then measure the string with a ruler.

For belts, measure your waist at the placement point, considering how much of the beading embellishment you would like to wrap around your waist.

We are happy to accommodate different lengths. Choose size in the drop down menu or send me a message if you require a size option different than the ones listed.

What if I order the wrong size? Can it be adjusted after delivery?
Unfortunately, item sizes cannot be adjusted once they’ve been made. Please measure carefully before placing your order.

Product Care

To keep your accessories looking beautiful:

• Store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. A box or bag works best for protection.
• Avoid exposure to moisture, lotions, perfume, or hairspray, as these can damage the materials. Apply these products before putting on your accessories.
• Handle with care and avoid dropping to prevent damage.
• All accessories are packaged in a sturdy box to ensure they stay safe until your special day.

For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe your pieces. Avoid water or harsh chemicals to maintain their sparkle and quality.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you.

What colors are available?
Wire: Silver or gold
Pearls: White or ivory
Ribbon (for belts): White satin or ivory satin

Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes! We’d love to create a one-of-a-kind piece for you. Send us a message to discuss your ideas.

Can I order multiple items for my bridal party?
Absolutely! Discounts are available for large bridal parties. Send us a message to inquire about pricing for bulk orders

General Questions

Can I see samples of the pearl and wire colors before ordering?
Yes! Message us, and we’ll send photos of the available color combinations to help you decide. You can also view the "Choose Your Colors" page in the item listing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer shipping to Canada & USA. Please note that customs fees may apply for international orders, depending on your country.
